Putrajaya, Malaysia | A city that amazed me

Putrajaya (布特拉再也),even thought I am a malaysian, but I have never been there. Since primary school, we Malaysian kids had been educated from the geographical text book with Putrajay. According to the text book, Putrajaya was  introduced as a place that assemblied lots of government department, and also selling fabrics.
However, during the time i was just 10 years old, I knew nothing with politics, so in my mind, Putrajaya was a muslim place which slling colours of fabrics.

The most representative building in Putrajaya - Prime Minister's Government

Due to the reason of holidays, I took the camera and wallet, went out from my hostel. As a malaysian, it was the very first time I went to Putrajaya, and I was going there alone, it feels like kind of stranger to my own country.Putrajaya (布特拉再也),even thought I am a malaysian, but I have never been there. Since primary school, we Malaysian kids had been educated from the geographical text book with Putrajay. There are so many transportation availabled from other places to Putrajaya, as I am currently living in Serdang, Kajang, I could just take the 502 bus from KTM Station Serdang (I just knew when coming back from Putrajaya)
Althought the public transportation system in Malaysia aren't so completed, but there was not a problem to most of the tourism places.

If you're taking the bus from Pasar Seni, KL, I would suugest you to take the Rapid KL E1, and the cost will be RM3.80.

The only disadvantages for taking bus was wasting time, of course there was a faster way all the time.
If you've totally an impatient and wealthy person, I would suggest you to take the KLIA Transit from KL sentral, and reach at Putrajaya % Cyberjaya Station, because comparing to the public bus, the cost of KLIA Transit basically will be two or three times expensive than the bus, but it was more quiet and comfortable.

As this was the first time of my Putrajaya journey, I didn't know about any 502 bus, which I can take it straightly to Putrajaya from Serdang, so I took the KLIA Transit from TBS(Bandar Tasik Selatan) Station.
I have to say that the SISWA card (University Student Card from Malaysia) is so great!!
I've been using the SISWA Card before by taking KLIA Transit, and it discounted up to 30%!!! Other promotion such as KFC or Firefly Airlines can also been used by SISWA Card.
Undeniable, this is the only one part I can proud with Malaysia government......Opsss
For more information about SISWA Card, please click here.

After discount, from RM8.00 to RM5.60(TBS - Putrajaya & Cyberjaya)

After arriving Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station,U have to find the bus station, the information board wasn't clear enough, but the bus station was easy to find, just followed the people flow and you'll reach there. The first destination today of mine was Pink Mosque.

Going down the stairs, U will need to find the public bus to Pink Mosque, I would still suggest 502 bus, before coming here I've did some researchs from internet, some of them said most of the bus can reach Pink Mosque, but the moment when I asked the information counter and bus drivers, they asked me to take the 502 bus, problaby it was faster, but actually most of the public bus was drived around the Putrajaya, it is better to ask the driver before you take the bus.

502 bus

It costed me RM1.00 from Putrajaya Sentral Pink Mosque

Seri Wawasan Bridge

On way way to Pink Mosque, you'll pass through Seri Wawasan Bridge, it wasn't huge, but it was one of the attractions.
In fact there were more than one bridge in Putrajaya, others were pretty nice too, but I'd like the most for this, and it was beautiful to watch the sunset at here.

Bus will pass the Pink Mosque, when I was reaching the mosque, I was amazed by the size, It was so huge, and clean.
The other reason that I liked this place was because non-muslim can also walk in to the mosque, but it was not allowed to wear short pants. They official will give you a robe to cover your hands, hair, and legs, it's free, and pink.
Maybe it was weekday, the toursists weren't many, but there was a thing that surprised me, I just saw a Malaysian at here, and I was the one! The others are workers, seems this place aren't popular for Malaysian yet.

Raining! Unlucky!

Due to the reason of raining, I didn't walk for the entire Putrajaya, I just walked around the Prime Minister's department.(It was a challenge to finish the world largest traffic round about by walking)

The rain finished after 2 hours of waiting, and it was evening, when I was ready to take the bus go home, I saw a beautiful landscapr in front of me.

The view was so beautiful!!!
And the colour was added by the yellowish of sunset, the water reflected the builings ,it totally showed a Chinese Water Painting to me!!! I''ve never thought this kind of pretty landscape appeard in my country. And I sit on the chair, watched the sunset for an hour, enjoyed the moment alone.
